In tabloids today, there is an unfair focus on women bouncing back from their post-pregnancy body, as celebrities seemingly regain their unrealistic bodies in the blink of an eye. While many women strive to shed excess weight immediately following birth, the reality is that it takes much longer to achieve and is more difficult than is perpetuated by the media.

Many of Tammy’s fans became skeptical when after she posted a photo of herself one month post-pregnancy that appeared as if she’d already shed all of the excess weight and regained her extremely toned body…

The photograph was flooded with comments from skeptical followers just moments after it was posted. Many of them claiming the picture had been photoshopped to make her look skinnier.

Though it should be stated that many people came to her defense, as they know that she works hard to achieve her physique.

Despite the skepticism from her followers, Tammy states that she worked out throughout most of her pregnancy. She also mentioned that her post-pregnancy body is the result of clean eating and hard work.

Even though Tammy has obviously bounced back extremely well, she is still working to gain back some of the muscle she lost while she was pregnant.

Tammy stated “So many women think you can’t get your body back after pregnancy but this just isn’t true. I can’t wait to start training again in a few weeks and get my body into the best shape it’s ever been in.”

Wow, it’s so impressive that Tammy was able to bounce back post-pregnancy so quickly. Though it’s important to know that recovering after a pregnancy happens at a different pace for everyone, and there is no reason to feel ashamed if you don’t see immediate results.
