For homeless Billy Ray Harris, the sight of someone putting their spare change into his cup was nothing new. But on this particular day, he got the surprise of his life. You see, a woman named Sarah Darling emptied her purse into it, with her diamond engagement band falling in there, too. And what happened next left everyone amazed.
